MiFlow House Rules

Welcome to MiFlow. These House Rules supplement our General Booking Terms and Conditions and govern conduct during your stay. Reservations, payments, check-in and check-out, occupancy, children, liability, damages and other contractual matters are governed by the General Booking Terms and Conditions.

1. Quiet Hours and Consideration for Others

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. During this time, noise inside the accommodation and throughout all outdoor and communal areas must be kept to a minimum. Loud music, shouting and any other disruptive behaviour are not permitted at any time, including outside quiet hours. Staff, guests, visitors and neighbours must be treated with respect. Discrimination, harassment, aggressive behaviour, threats and violence will not be tolerated.

2. Visitors and Events

Visitors are only permitted with MiFlow’s prior approval and must comply with these House Rules. Parties, celebrations, workshops, events and commercial gatherings are not permitted unless MiFlow has granted prior written approval in exceptional cases.

3. Smoking and Illegal Activities

Smoking, vaping and the use of tobacco products are prohibited in all accommodation units and throughout the entire MiFlow property. The possession, consumption or distribution of illegal drugs, as well as any other unlawful activity, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Pets

Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property or inside the accommodation units. Legally recognised assistance animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Please inform MiFlow before your arrival whenever possible so that appropriate arrangements can be made for your stay.

5. Pool, Wellness Area and Gym

All displayed opening hours and all safety, hygiene and age restrictions must be observed. Access to the gym, yoga sessions, sauna and other activities is permitted from the age of 16 and only under supervision. The ice bath may only be used by guests aged 18 or over and under supervision. The pool and wellness area may be used either in suitable, clean swimwear or without clothing. Each guest may make this decision individually. The choices and privacy of other guests must be respected at all times. Unwanted advances, derogatory comments and taking photos or videos of other people are not permitted. Guests must shower before using the pool, sauna or ice bath and between using these facilities. Outdoor clothing and unsuitable or dirty clothing are not permitted in these areas. Glassware, running, pushing and any other dangerous behaviour are prohibited around the pool. Gym equipment may only be used for its intended purpose and while wearing suitable sportswear and clean footwear. All equipment must be returned to its proper place after use. The sauna and ice bath must not be used while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

6. Use of Facilities and Access 

Credentials Furniture and other items must not be rearranged or moved between accommodation units and communal areas without prior approval. Technical systems, smoke detectors, safety equipment, pool facilities, internet equipment and electrical installations must not be altered, tampered with or interfered with. Keys, access cards and access codes must be kept secure and must not be shared with unauthorised persons. Doors and windows must be properly closed whenever leaving the accommodation.

7. Fire Safety and General Safety

Open flames, candles, incense sticks, fireworks and similar items are not permitted. Smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, emergency exits, escape routes and other safety equipment must not be blocked, removed or tampered with. Please familiarise yourself with the emergency exits, escape routes and emergency information.

8. Energy, Water and Cleanliness

Please use energy and water responsibly. Doors and windows should remain closed while the air conditioning or heating is in operation. Lights, air conditioning and electrical appliances must be switched off when leaving the accommodation. Waste must be disposed of in the designated containers and separated for recycling where applicable. Oils, chemicals, wet wipes, sanitary products and other unsuitable items must not be disposed of through sinks or toilets.

9. Photography, Video Recording and Drones

Private photography and video recording are permitted, provided that the privacy of other guests and staff members is respected. Other people may only be photographed or recorded with their consent. Professional or commercial photography, photo shoots, filming and drone flights require MiFlow’s prior written approval and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

10. Wi-Fi and Internet Use

Wi-Fi may only be used for lawful and normal private purposes. In particular, hacking, copyright infringement, harassment, the distribution of malicious software and any use that significantly disrupts internet access for other guests are prohibited.

11. Maintenance and Access to Accommodation

Malfunctions, water leaks, electrical problems and other safety risks must be reported immediately. MiFlow staff or authorised service providers may enter an accommodation unit when necessary to carry out urgent repairs, address a safety risk, prevent further damage or investigate a serious breach of these House Rules. Whenever possible, the guest will be informed in advance.

12. Violations and Emergencies

In the event of a breach of these House Rules, the measures set out in the General Booking Terms and Conditions will apply. Guests must follow the instructions of the MiFlow team. In an emergency, please contact the relevant emergency services first by calling the European emergency number **112**, and then inform MiFlow.
