We are looking for an experienced Head Chef / Chef to join us as soon as possible – someone with passion, creativity and the desire to help build a special food concept from the ground up.

Together, we want to create a breakfast experience that perfectly reflects MiFlow: high-quality, fresh and made with great attention to detail. Freshly baked sourdough bread, homemade kefir, creative egg dishes, seasonal ingredients, excellent coffee and a wide range of house-made products will define our style. Not a standard hotel buffet, but a breakfast our guests and visitors will remember long after their stay.

In the future, we plan to expand the concept with a small, high-quality evening menu. We are therefore looking for someone who brings their own ideas, enjoys taking responsibility and is excited about developing a kitchen step by step – from the menu and daily workflows to selecting products and suppliers.
